  1. Check the file format

    Confirm that the actual file is JPEG / JPG, not only that its filename looks correct. Re-save the selected face photo when needed.

  2. Check the file size

    Compare the file size with 2 MB. If it is larger, export a clean copy within that limit without introducing visible blur or heavy artifacts.

  3. Check the pixel dimensions

    Confirm that the upload is the portrait frame 413 × 531 px. Do not stretch a different shape into the frame.

  4. Check the selected file and visible quality

    Make sure the selected file is the face photo rather than the passport biodata page. Then review blur, strong background shadows, and any visible edit edge.
