Products and services
We provide online tools that generate and format digital photo files according to the size and file requirements selected by the customer.
The service does not guarantee acceptance by any government authority, embassy, consulate, application provider, employer, school, examination body, or other receiving organization. Final acceptance is determined by the organization receiving the photo.
Prices
The total price and currency are displayed before the customer confirms payment. Where applicable, taxes and other mandatory charges are included in or clearly displayed with the total price before payment.
The displayed price is generated from the same source of truth used to create the Stripe Checkout Session, so the amount you see is the amount you are charged.
Additional charges
We do not charge any additional fee unless it is displayed before payment. Customers are responsible for internet access, data usage, currency conversion, card issuer, bank, or other third-party charges that may apply to their payment.
Payment methods
Available payment methods are displayed in the Stripe checkout page and may vary depending on the customer’s country, currency, device, and payment provider.
Payment timing
Payment is charged when the customer completes the checkout process. The date on which the charge appears on the customer’s statement may depend on their card issuer, bank, or payment provider.
Delivery
The generated digital photo file becomes available for saving or downloading immediately after successful payment. If delivery fails because of our system, we will investigate the issue and, as appropriate, provide the file again, regenerate it, or issue a refund.
Cancellation and refunds
Because the product is a personalized digital file generated for the customer and delivered electronically, we generally do not accept change-of-mind cancellations or refunds after delivery has begun.
This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where:
- the customer was charged more than once for the same purchase;
- the purchased file could not be delivered because of our system;
- the delivered file has a material defect caused by our service;
- the product or service materially differs from what was described; or
- a refund, repair, replacement, re-performance, price reduction, or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include re-delivery, regeneration, correction, re-performance, partial refund, or full refund.
To request support, contact us with:
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the name of the tool or product;
- the approximate date and time of purchase; and
- a description of the problem.
Digital content and immediate delivery
For customers who have a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right for digital content, we ask for express consent to begin delivery before the end of the cancellation period.
Where required by applicable law, delivery will begin only after the customer expressly requests immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledges that they will lose the statutory right to cancel once delivery begins. This does not affect statutory rights or remedies relating to defective, non-conforming, unavailable, or incorrectly described digital content.
Technical requirements
The service is intended for use with current versions of major web browsers. Compatibility and performance may vary depending on the customer’s device, operating system, browser, memory, network connection, camera, image format, and security settings.
Governing terms
These Terms of Sale are supplemented by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the law applicable to the customer.
Customers in Japan may also refer to our 特定商取引法に基づく表記 (Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosure, in Japanese).
