Visa photo sizes vary by country and application method. In addition to print sizes such as 35 x 45 mm, 2 x 2 inch, and 4 x 6 cm, online applications specify pixel dimensions, file format, and file size limits.

Checks DS-160-style digital image rules (square 600–1200 px, JPEG, 240 KB or less). Printed 2×2 inch photos and the 20:1 compression ratio are not assessed automatically.

Checks OCI digital face photos: JPEG, square, 200–1500 px, 10–500 KB. The app outputs 900×900 px as a recommended point inside the range (900 is not the only official size). The official Photo-Spec PDF focuses on printed 2×2 inch photos. Background colour and signature JPEGs are not auto-checked.

Indonesia
Checks Indonesia eVisa/eVOA submission face photos: JPEG, at least 400×600 px, 2:3, 200 KB or less (same as the indonesia-visa-photo app and photoTemplates; standard output 600×900 px). Official sources list two size caps: (1) account-registration Profile Photo terms allow Max 2 MB on evisa.imigrasi.go.id; (2) the Visitor Visa / eVOA FAQ requires passport photos and passport pages at max 200 KB. This checker follows the 200 KB submission rule (a 200 KB file still satisfies a 2 MB cap). Passport bio-page images are separate.
