About data collection

The app is designed so that the developer does not collect or store photo contents or face analysis results.

• Photo data is processed on the device only
• Face detection and positioning framing run on the device
• Photos and analysis results are not sent to any external server
• Purchases use Apple's StoreKit and do not include photo contents
• No user registration, login, or account creation is required

Data processed on the device

The following data may be stored or processed on your device to create a UK passport or visa application photo.

• Photos you capture or select
• Temporary face detection information used to align, crop, resize, and preview the photo
• Background framing and export settings
• Purchase state and transaction information

Face data

• This app may use on-device face detection to help users align, crop, resize, and preview their application photo.
• Face data may include face position, face size, facial feature positions such as eyes and mouth, head tilt, and face outline. This information is used only to prepare the photo according to the selected photo guide.
• Face data is processed only on the user's device.
• Face data is not retained. The app does not store face detection results after the photo preparation process is completed.
• Face data is not uploaded to our servers.
• Face data is not shared with third parties.
• Face data is not used for identification, authentication, face recognition, identity matching, tracking, profiling, advertising, or building any biometric database.
• The app does not create or store face templates, biometric identifiers, or facial profiles.

Camera and photo library access

• Camera: used to capture a photo for your UK passport or visa application
• Photo Library (read): used to choose an existing photo for editing
• Photo Library (save): used to save print-ready images and JPEG exports

How billing information is handled

Payments in the app are processed through Apple's StoreKit.

• Payment information is managed by Apple and is not directly accessible in the app
• Purchase verification is handled primarily on-device, and transaction data may be stored locally to manage exports
• Photo data and purchase details are not sent to any external server

Third-party sharing

The developer does not share the following data with third parties.

• Photo data
• Temporary face detection information
• Image framing and export results

Data retention

• Photo projects, export settings, and purchase state may be stored locally on your device for as long as you keep the associated project in the app
• Face data is not retained. Face detection results are processed temporarily on the device and are not stored after the photo preparation process is completed
• No photo data or face data is retained on any external server because the developer does not operate a server that receives app data. Locally stored project and export data remains under your control and can be deleted by deleting projects, exported files, or the app

Deleting data

• You can delete individual photo projects at any time within the app, which permanently removes the associated photos, export settings, and related locally stored project data from the device
• Removing the app deletes all locally stored data, including photo projects, export settings, and purchase records
