This guide is generated from the Thailand route resolver and Requirement records. It keeps central e-Visa facts separate from post, provider, and in-person route records.

FAQ

What is required for the central Thai e-Visa face photo?

The current public guidance indicates JPEG / JPG, a photo within 6 months, a light-coloured and plain background, and a centered forward-facing pose. The central record does not establish one fixed pixel or physical size.

Is the passport bio page the same as the face photo?

No. The passport bio page is a separate upload. Use a clear JPG / JPEG image with the full page and MRZ visible, up to 3 MB in the official example.

Can I use the Cairo, Doha, or Singapore size for every Thai e-Visa application?

No. These are post-specific records. Confirm the embassy or consular post, your current location, visa category, and submission channel before using a post-specific value.

What size should I use for a central Thai e-Visa photo?

A single central fixed size is not confirmed in the public central record. Do not substitute the 30 × 40 mm Cairo value and the published Doha guidance, or a product preset as a universal government requirement.

Does this guide guarantee that my application will be accepted?

No. This guide organizes published route-specific information, but it is not an official service and does not guarantee acceptance. Check the current official instructions before submitting.
