Data Collection

This app does not collect or store photo content or facial analysis results by the developer.

• All photo and image data is processed only on the device
• Face detection, background correction, and image processing run on-device
• Photos and analysis results are never sent to the developer's servers
• Billing uses Apple's StoreKit. Payment verification is processed through Apple's system and does not include photo data
• No user registration, login, or account creation is required

Camera and Photo Library Access

These accesses require user permission.

• Camera: Used for taking face photos and passport Bio Page images for Indonesia eVisa / eVOA
• Photo Library (Read): Used to process existing photos for eVisa
• Photo Library (Save): Used to save created face photo JPEG and passport image

About Face Data Handling

• This app uses face detection (technology that detects the position of a face and feature points within an image), not face recognition (technology that identifies or matches individuals). Face data is processed only on the user’s device.
• Information extracted by face detection (face dimensions, positions of eyes and mouth, face tilt) is used solely for automatic photo placement and background adjustment to meet Indonesia eVisa / eVOA photo specifications.
• Face data is not retained. Once photo creation is complete, the face-detection results are not saved.
• Face data is not uploaded to our servers.
• Face data is not shared with third parties.
• Face data is never used for identity verification, authentication, face recognition, identity matching, tracking, profiling, advertising, or building biometric databases.
• This app does not create or store face templates, biometric authentication data, or face profiles.

Data Processed On-Device

• Photos taken or selected (face & passport): For creating eVisa JPEG and passport JPG
• Face detection results: For initial positioning
• Background correction and brightness settings: For output image generation

Billing Information Handling

Billing in this app is processed through Apple's StoreKit:

• Payment information is managed by Apple and cannot be accessed by this app
• Purchase verification is performed on-device through StoreKit 2 (using Apple's public key verification). Transaction IDs are stored on-device for re-save eligibility and are not sent to the developer's servers

Third-Party Disclosure

• Photo and image data
• Face detection results
• Image correction results and output data

Data Deletion

• In-app deletion: Delete individual photo/image data
• App deletion: Deleting the app removes all local data
