• The UDI checklists personalised for Japanese citizens require a "passport and copy of all used pages in passport". Only used pages are in scope — blank pages and the front and back cover are not included.
• No file format, numeric file-size cap, page count, colour, merge policy, or legibility wording exists on the official public pages and remains unregistered in the Requirement record.
