Data Collection

This app does not collect or store photo content or facial analysis results by the developer.

• All photo and image data is processed only on the device
• Face detection, background correction, PDF assembly, and image output run on-device
• Photos and analysis results are never sent to the developer's servers
• Billing uses Apple's StoreKit. Payment verification is processed through Apple's system and does not include photo data
• No user registration, login, or account creation is required

Camera and Photo Library Access

These accesses require user permission.

• Camera: Used for taking face photos and passport pages for Malaysia visa applications
• Photo Library (Read): Used to process existing photos for Malaysia visa applications
• Photo Library (Save): Used to save created face photo JPEG and passport PDFs

How Face Data Is Handled

• This app uses face detection (locating faces and facial feature points in images), not face recognition (identifying or matching individuals). Face data is processed only on the user's device.
• Information from face detection, such as face dimensions, eye and mouth positions, and head tilt, is used solely to help align, crop, resize, and preview the photo according to Malaysia visa photo specifications, and to support background adjustment.
• Face data is not retained. The app does not store face detection results after the photo preparation process is completed.
• Face data is not uploaded to our servers.
• Face data is not shared with third parties.
• Face data is not used for identification, authentication, face recognition, identity matching, tracking, profiling, advertising, or building any biometric database.
• The app does not create or store face templates, biometric identifiers, or facial profiles.

Data Processed On-Device

The following data is stored and processed only on the device:

• Photos taken or selected (face & passport): For creating Malaysia visa JPEG and output PDFs
• Crop and positioning settings: For automatic photo alignment
• Background correction and brightness settings: For output JPEG and PDF generation
• Purchase status and transaction information: For managing output permissions (Apple's billing and verification through Apple's system)

Billing Information Handling

Billing in this app is processed through Apple's StoreKit as a consumable pay-per-save purchase:

• Payment information is managed by Apple and cannot be accessed by this app
• Purchase verification is performed on-device through StoreKit 2 (using Apple's public key verification). Transaction IDs are stored on-device for re-save eligibility and are not sent to the developer's servers

Third-Party Disclosure

The developer does not disclose the following user data to third parties:

• Photo and image data
• Image correction and export settings
• Image correction results and output image/PDF data

Relationship with Official Services

This app is an independent photo formatting tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government of Malaysia, the Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM), MyVISA, ESD/MYXpats, EMGS, or any official visa/application service.

• The app does not submit visa or pass applications on behalf of users.
• The app does not guarantee approval or acceptance of any application.
• Photo requirements may change. Always verify the latest requirements on the official platform for your route before submission.

Data Deletion

• In-app deletion: Delete individual photo/image/PDF data
• App deletion: Deleting the app removes all local data
