About data collection

The app is designed so that the developer does not collect or store photo contents or face analysis results.

• Photo data is processed on the device only
• Framing and brightness adjustments run on the device
• Photos and analysis results are not sent to any external server
• Purchases use Apple's StoreKit and do not include photo contents
• No user registration, login, or account creation is required

Data processed on the device

The following data may be stored or processed on your device to create a Japan visa application photo.

• Photos you capture or select
• Crop, framing, and positioning settings
• Auxiliary image information used only on the device
• Brightness adjustment and export settings
• Purchase state and transaction information

How face position information is handled

• This app detects the position of the face in the image to help align the composition. This is not face recognition (a technology that identifies or matches individuals), and it is processed only on the user's device.
• Face position information is used solely to align, crop, and adjust the brightness of the photo according to Japan visa photo specifications.
• Face position information is not retained. The app does not store detection results after the photo preparation process is completed.
• Face position information is not uploaded to our servers.
• Face position information is not shared with third parties.
• Face position information is not used for identification, authentication, face recognition, identity matching, tracking, profiling, advertising, or building any biometric database.
• The app does not create or store face templates, biometric identifiers, or facial profiles.

Camera and photo library access

• Camera: used to capture a photo for your Japan visa application
• Photo Library (read): used to choose an existing photo for editing
• Photo Library (save): used to save print-ready images and JPEG exports

How billing information is handled

Payments in the app are processed through Apple's StoreKit.

• Payment information is managed by Apple and is not directly accessible in the app
• Purchase verification is handled primarily on-device, and transaction data may be stored locally to manage exports
• Photo data and purchase details are not sent to any external server

Third-party sharing

The developer does not share the following data with third parties.

• Photo data
• Image adjustment results

Data retention

• All photo data, image adjustment information, and related metadata are stored exclusively on your device and retained only for as long as you keep the associated project in the app
• No data is retained on any external server because the developer does not operate a server that receives app data

Deleting data

• You can delete individual photo projects at any time within the app, which permanently removes the associated photos and all related data from the device
• Removing the app deletes all locally stored data, including all photo projects and purchase records
