गाइड नीति

आवश्यकता रिकॉर्ड सत्य का स्रोत है; अनिर्दिष्ट मान नहीं भरे जाते।

• Official rules में कम से कम 1300 x 1600 pixels की digital colour photo आवश्यक है (PPA e-Residency application page "minimum size of 1,300 × 1,600 pixels" बताता है — केवल minimum; upper pixel limit stated नहीं है)।
• Regulation और application page के अनुसार file .jpg / .jpeg format में और 1 MB से 5 MB के बीच होनी चाहिए।
• Official PPA page photo को unedited require करता है; scanned photographs और screen screenshots allowed नहीं हैं। Background light और single colour का होना चाहिए, जिसमें extraneous objects या patterns न हों (कोई specific colour pinned नहीं है)।
• Application के समय photo 6 महीने से अधिक पुरानी नहीं होनी चाहिए (application page "may not be older than six months" कहता है, regulation § 2(4) के अनुरूप)।
• Regulation § 5(2) में head और shoulders visible होना, face (jaw के bottom से lower forehead तक, right ear से left ear तक) minimal shadows के साथ clearly visible होना, front view, camera की ओर देखना, neutral expression, eyes open और mouth closed आवश्यक हैं। Numeric face geometry केवल ranges में दी गई है (chin-to-crown area photo height का 70-80%, eye line bottom edge से 50-70%, 11 वर्ष से कम बच्चों के लिए minimum 40%), कोई centre value या millimetre geometry नहीं है।
• Tool output official minimum (1300×1600 px) अपनाता है और केवल 5 MB cap की guarantee देता है। Official rule में required 1 MB lower bound generated file के लिए guaranteed नहीं है; output 1 MB से छोटा हो तो application side पर requirement स्वयं verify करें।
