• Official common documents list "A full color photograph 3,5 cm х 4,5 cm against light-colored background" require करती है। Size 35 x 45 mm (width x height) है (official wording "3,5 cm х 4,5 cm" का अर्थ 35 mm wide और 45 mm high है), और background verbatim "light-colored background" बताया गया है (white पर pinned नहीं है)।
• उसी document list line में face occupancy "a full-face photo with clear, large enough face which takes up 70-80% of the photo" है। यह page official 70–80% (photo का share) को जैसा stated है वैसा दिखाता है और इसे millimetre values में convert नहीं करता।
• Recency के लिए authoritative wording D visa document sheet (VISA_TYPE_D.pdf) में "Recent passport-size color photograph" है — यह बिना month count वाला qualitative term है। Photo count भी numeric rule के रूप में registered नहीं है: दोनों lists केवल singular "A ... photograph" का उपयोग करती हैं।
