• 德國駐日使領館Chancenkarte頁面要求「One (1) original passport picture 35 x 45 mm, biometric standard, white background, no older than 6 months」。尺寸為35 x 45 mm（寬 x 高）（逐字「35 x 45 mm」），背景逐字為「white background」，新舊程度逐字為「no older than 6 months」。
• 同一頁面寫明「digitally altered passport photos cannot be accepted, print-outs on paper are not accepted」、「Resolution 600 dpi/sharp and clear photo」及「Please stick one of the passport photos on the space provided in the application form」。按逐字「One (1)」，所需數量為一張。
• Chancenkarte頁面本身未定義臉部構圖數值（例如臉部高度）；頁面將其委託給連結為「biometric standard」的官方樣表（SAMPLE PHOTOS圖表）。本頁只顯示該委託事實，不採用或轉換圖表數值為Chancenkarte專用官方數字。
