• The means of subsistence evidence is prepared as a single PDF file.
• File-size limit confirmed in the official record: within 2 MB. This binding applies to the means block and is not generalised to the other application documents.
• The file and its contents must be clearly labelled, in Croatian or English (a translation by an authorized translator is acceptable), and the currency of the funds must be stated, as officially required.
• Page count, minimum size, colour, page ranges, and merge policy are not specified by the authority and remain unregistered in the Requirement record.
• Proof of health insurance is required as a separate document from the means of subsistence evidence (its own upload slot on the portal): travel or private insurance must cover the territory of Croatia for the period of your stay. The file must be in Croatian or English (a translation by an authorized translator is acceptable), as officially required.
